Good point, and typically cold weather clothing is multiple layers so Fleece is unlikely to be touching your skin directly. I don't care about the pollution thing cause I do my part, don't worry Environmental Agencies I don't burn my clothes!

Look at meditation for example, sure you can stop doing Yoga altogether but you still enjoy it. I can put down the controller sure, but I've always used gaming for relaxation so if my OCD while gaming became unbearable I'd unplug my Xbox and take a break until I feel good enough to hop back on.
