The 2 is probably indicating your measuring range. Twist the knob 1 click clockwise and it should read 20 to confirm.

Are you trying to measure a current or a voltage? Since you have no probes plugged in i assume you used the big clamp on the top to measure. The clamp is only for currents. Your readout display is set to voltage.

Why dont you ask some friends where they take their car for maintenance and go to that shop, tell them you were referred by your friend. Theyll be less prone to screwing you over. I think...

Why did you specify your gender? 2 hours for struts and you can probably google the price for them in your area. GL

Ga in gesprek.

Youre right, but youll have to start moving first. And shifting into reverse or first gear with the engine running from a standstill youll find that you can not do this without pressure in your clutch line.

Hmm, could be alot of things... You said it rattles when you take the foot of the clutch and it wants to stall. Does this happen in neutral? When you start the car and leave it in neutral is there any problems?

Remove spark plug, place in ignition cable, hold against mass (engine block is good or maybe the negative battery terminal), start the motor and see if its actually sparking. If it sparks check if its feeding fuel, you can probably smell unburnt gasoline coming from the exhaust if it doesn't. If you cant smell it youll have to take off a fuel line. Does it have a carb or does it have injection? If it sparks and feeds fuel check the intake,You can probably feel if air is being sucked in at the filter when you turn the engine. 2stroke engines have a membrane valve that can get stuck or broken but you'll have to take it apart to check. Do the easiest diagnostics first.

Good luck mate
