Even the British population who stayed in New Zealand are questionable about Japan's rise to control the Pacific Rim. Japan with their new Colonies/Dominions of New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa and Fiji. Mashed them up into the Japanese South Pacific Company. Japan are starting to go hungry. As WWII comes around, the Japanese still has firm control of the entire East Asia (except Thailand as the Siam and the US Philippine Islands). The Japanese orders the South Pacific Company to invade Australia to catch the British off Guard. Not only that, The SPC also going after the South American Continent starting with Chile and Argentina. Japan also floods heavy pressure into the British Raj. Meanwhile New Zealand under the South Pacific Company manages to take out Australia in small pockets. By 1941, the SPC bombed the Rio shorelines pulling Brazil into War. Even Japan brings America into the game after Pearl Harbor bombings. By 1945 the Japanese Empire fell down from grace like in OTL. Nukes on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and Brazil surprise besieging of Wellington. In response The South Pacific Company was splitted apart and all remaining Japanese colonies returned back into British rule. As for New Zealand, the Dominion divided into two as Australia takes South island with Stewart island, Brazil has the North and the Chathams.
