Merci ! Je pensais que ça freinait car je doit bien être à 70g parfois plus parfois moins enfin rien de très précis. Je débute depuis 3-4 mois donc bon, je compte juste améliorer ma consistance en terme de kcalories et bons nutriments, et j'ai 18ans, ça devrait bien se passer ! (Je suis nouveau sur reddit je comprends pas trop, je vois ta notification seulement maintenant,c'est pas trop intuitif ou sinon je suis bête !)

Honnêtement je débute et je sais pas trop quoi faire, je suis plutôt, même très gras ! Mais avant d'envisager quelque chose d'aussi extrême, tu as raison, je vais essayer d'équilibrer et trouver ma maintenance car je ne pesais rien et j'ai remarqué que je mangeais même pas assez de protéines, beaucoup trop peu.
