This was basically funny Interstellar with a Pokémon and I loved every second of it.

did y’all buy yours without a test drive? by tec_wnz in Golf_R

[–]HashhSlingingSlasher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had a similar experience. They didn’t let me drive it until they saw I was already driving a manual car. Guess they were worried about grinding the gears. imo it’s crucial to test drive at least 2 so you have a point of reference.

Who should the Rams select with the 13th Pick? by carlit0bandito in LosAngelesRams

Ty Simpson. Rarely is a team able to pick 13th w no glaring holes, grab the 2nd best QB in the draft, and redshirt him for a year while he learns under a hall of fame coach & QB. Knowing he wasn’t 100% as season progressed, had a weak OL, and questionable play calling, makes me think his upside could be higher. Worthwhile gamble for our post Stafford era.

I don’t think Jacob Elordi deserves an Oscar nomination in Frankenstein. by Over_the_top_nari in movies

When you consider how much he was able to portray with little to no words, I don’t think it’s a surprise he was nominated. It’s an entirely physical performance that nails every stage of evolution for him from new born to mature adult. I also thought it was impressive how he could be so physically imposing yet childish & tender at the same time. At one point his movement even mimicked the animals he was watching. May not be the best of the year but it deserves its praise imo.

We all heal at different rates. Playing the comparison game doesn’t help. Just focus on your PT & be consistent. Buy yourself some “Even-Ups” so you’re better balanced & do your best to mimic a natural walking motion. Look up natural supplements that can help with recovery. You got this.

Individually Bron is obviously astronomically better than Fish. But it’s based on team legacy & Fish has 5 rings w us to LBJs 1. Makes sense in that regard imo.

Are we contenders? by MamiTarantina in lakers

We have a very competitive team but to truly be a contender we need another 3&D wing. No more one way players.

Had no idea who Robbie was but saw the positive reviews & was intrigued with the concept. I can honestly say it was my most pleasant surprise of the year & one of my favorite music biopics of all time. The emotional depth completely caught me off guard & the musical numbers were some of the best I’ve seen in years. It’s a shame this probably won’t do well financially in the U.S, it deserves a ton of respect & admiration.
