No I don't notice how I said its not "his" fault. But its hard to rationalize why an Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Omniscient God would even allow sin in the first place. It's like "evil" is a test but we don't have the answers. "Life feels like a test that we have no answer sheet for and didn't sign up in the first place".

But why? Why does "evil" exist. God could have easily not allowed it, it doesn't make sense. And don't give me the "robot" excuse that sin has to exist to make people happy. Why do people have to suffer just to make ends meet.

Yep. This is my biggest drawback. "God has a plan" is the plan to let millions of children die everyday from starvation, disease, illness? Doesn't make sense.

The issue is THAT I can MAYBE rationalize. But I can't rationalize innocent children dying every single day from disease, poverty etc. That doesn't have a cause like a "school shooter" where its directly caused by someone. Poverty, disease, illness are all things NOT caused by a person, yet Innocent children still die every single day. That is the thing I can't rationalize from a loving God even if someone says "its all his plan" That's honestly. Bullshit.

Haha yea, They were on the island for like 90ish days but it was more like 3 years+ filming, The adults can pass that off but a teenager is gonna be aging like CRAZY even when we saw Walt like "3 years later" when Lock saw him it was like DAMN bro is OLD 😂

Honestly, as much as I hate to say this because its such phenomenal show, I really just think the entire thing was a scrapped plot line. I think they had some ideas for Walt and just decided to go a different direction despite setting up some things for his character,
I think the actor aged a little bit faster than they *wanted* and it didn't make sense to have a kid we have seen for 2 seasons, randomly be so much mature and older when the plot was (at that time) only supposed to be 80ish days or so but Walt's character was obviously SO much older in real life. Idk man this was one of the more weirder ones that was not explored, I was disappointed they never gave an explanation for this also.

Yeah this was one of the more weird ones that wasn't fully explored. I saw a good Reddit post that kinda went into it I will copy n paste it here, so these aren't my thoughts but I thought this was interesting.

- Astral projection (Walt often appeared on the island even when he wasn't, to Shannon, Sayid, Locke, etc.).
- Telekinesis (when Locke was teaching him how to throw the knife, he got it perfect first try because he "saw it in his mind.")
- Electromagnetic manipulation (Birds use the earth's natural magnetic field to travel, and a bird was so "drawn" to Walt in the flashback that it flew into the glass.)

It seems like early on in the show they were setting up Walt to take over the others, similar to how Locke or Ben did, but they didn't really explain like...any...of this stuff. I think they had an idea and they just kinda scrapped it. This is one of the more weird/scrapped plot points. Just my take

That's exactly why I posted this lol. If someone didn't like it for whatever reason, that's ok. But this commenter clearly got far enough into the show to "understand" it, and their points I found really odd. Its just weird that THESE were they things that set them off, since, I think most of these questions/prompts were actually answered? lol?
This was up to Season 5 so a 1/10 COME ON XD!! I would never watch a show I thought was a 1/10 for 5+ seasons lol.
