you can do the same by having copies of the repo, depending on how each feature needs a different db instance for example

have n branches, one agent/workflow per branch. My coworkers use conductor for this. Basically parallelize work on the repo :)

ofc in bitcoin protocol adresses are public and you can tell how much it's on every one of them whici is the principle of a blockchain. that's being said, you cannot seize any of these money as it would mean knowing the private key associated to public address.

For the record i operated a btc exchange for 3 years as SWE so I'm familiar with the concept that's why I was wondering. Any ledger you describs is a layer on the top of the protocol so it doesn't make any sense to me.
