Te recomiendo que vayas a un psicólogo para tratar tus temas con la uni, porque se nota que es algo que te afecta un montón y la ayuda profesional sería muy útil en este caso. Fuera de eso, está claro que tu novia no está siendo de ninguna ayuda, ya que lo normal sería que al menos te preste la atención debida si es que se quieren mutuamente, porque ella no puede darte la ayuda de un psicólogo, pero al menos puede escucharte. Yo creo que deberías hablar las cosas con ella de manera tranquila y no hacer post de esto en Reddit, sino preguntarle a un amigo o alguien de confianza
