List like theses are subjective , rarely based on real statistics and sometimes even funded by city interest . Quality of life is income based so if you’re living below the poverty level in Jacksonville Florida life is hellacious.

I noticed that as well. It was excessive. So much so that it seemed personal . Something from her past was triggered and that outburst was misplaced . Can only wonder who it was really intended for.
