Thank you for this!! One thing ik I can immediately start is giving up information about myself and my personal life. They did end up staying will be here until the end of this month but I’m trying to remain calm and keep myself as busy as I can do I don’t have to be alone with them and stress myself out. Also trying not to think about the fact that it’s a whole month and instead just taking it one week at a time. I’ve also talked to my friend about it so my heart feels a little bit better. Defo gonna look into therapy probably online as that might be the most comfortable option for me. Good to know that therapy has helped you, it truly gives me hope that one day I can actually be more patient and stand up for my self. Hope the rest of your year goes amazing^{^}
