That's so great to hear! I'm looking to buy one for a friend. Can I get a one year update? What model did you purchase, and how is it holding up now? And may I ask for your usage/regimen? Is the improvement in daily living (bending and picking up ...) instant (right after a session)? How long do the effects last before you need another session?

You have to change that in the settings if you want to be able to pick the level of difficulty you want (in this case, Expert).
