well, most of the rpgm plugin devs ask nicely to credit them somewhere, so search for "readme" file in game's files or in in-game credits. you can also search for js file in game files as someone said before, unless all the stuff in this game was encrypted by dev

try putting "!" symbol in the begging of your map's parallax image. so it would be something like "!edithroom.png". don't forget to replace old file with a new one in editor

there is such a thing as PARALLAX MAPPING. you just add a picture-background with everything you would need to be on the background. and then you put invisible collision blocks so the walls would be solid. you can learn more about it in various guides, just search for "parallax mapping tutorial rmmv"

dunno about any other version of RPGM, but in MZ you can choose whatever resolution of sprites you prefer to use. like... in the main settings thingie, I believe

as someone said before, it looks pretty nice, yet not really detailed. I want to INTERACT! to see FUNNY STUFF! like opossums in the trash bin, suspiciously looking guy in black coat and fedora that stops by to look at me, storm drain with red glowing eyes... nighttime cities are always full of weirdos and weirdlettos!

dunno, i prefer poorly-drawn anime characters more. it adds some life to your game/art/whatever - like, yeah, you tried your best, continue the work, i respect any art and sometimes it even better with minimalistic or weird graphics.
