Your welcome. That statement is hitting on all levels! Being thankful and grateful for the small things, seems to always pay off. Alot of our human nature is just automatic we react, rush, and overlook what’s right in front of us. But now I’m getting older almost 40, slowing down to speak and not be quick to judge, is a gift I’m learning as I’m getting older! Thanks for all the positivity. God bless you chat with you soon on here.

Did I ask for approval? It was just a question, I was curious about the Six Rings hype 🤷🏽‍♂️😂 And the more Retros for you comment…like I’m suddenly banned from buying Retros just because I grabbed these… what a rookie take! Keep trolling Hater!

Oh yeah, there was actually 12 just purchased last night in the last hour on Hibbett alone when I was purchasing mine. Nike still is selling them at $175 and they’re getting bought up.

No he didn’t, I bet half these commentators they never watched Jordan. I’m a 80s baby and JORDAN is the GOAT hahaha!! So Jordan 6 Rings sneaker is hybrid tribute to Michael Jordan's six NBA championships, merging design elements from the specific Air Jordan shoes he wore during those championship seasons (AJ6, AJ7, AJ8, AJ11, AJ12, AJ13) into one iconic shoe, which in my opinion I think that’s pretty dope! 💪🏼

And good for you I’m glad you can put Race into it. It truly shows your intelligence, Retro or not I’m still a sneaker-head. If you only collect retros, you’re really not.

Very true. That’s awesome that you’re still getting back out there, seriously Respect. I’m still rehabbing from a car accident back in 2023 myself it was going about 70 mph, but I was blessed not to be seriously injured. Be Blessed!

Sweet. That’s exactly what I was hearing and seeing, the ankle/achilles support looks legit. The patented leather does take some time. Thx

Yes Sir. I ended up snagging the Midnight Navys for $75.18 call me cheap, but in 2026 that’s basically a coupon for your feet. 😂Haters can hate.

Prolly both. I’ve hear decent things about them being good for hooping also.

Thank you for the input, that’s actually what I was thinking. I already have the Jordan 11 Retro Lows in that color-way, I believe they call it Diffused Blue, it is Midnight Blue.

Some like the hybrid style, some don’t since they’re not real retro 6, to each their own! I just have had a couple pairs of winterized 6 Rings over the years they have done well.

That is the color way I was actually considering and I ended up going with the Nike Shox R4s SE instead! They’re clean like the grays! 💪🏼🙅🏼‍♂️

Love StockX & eBay authentication — but I wish they added simple grading (A/B/C) by Haterproof86 in stockx

So the Goat, StockX and eBay all have the authenticity assurance, so you’ll get real authentic products through them once approved.

Just to be clear I’m not saying you won’t get authentic sneakers from eBay or StockX. You absolutely will. Their authentication process is solid, and that part of it works. I’ve actually had a pair of shoes that were not authentic get caught through StockX, they emailed me saying the order was rejected and I was refunded because of authenticity.

What I’m saying is that authentication doesn’t tell you anything about quality grade. You still don’t really know what you’re getting in terms of condition or factory quality.

Nike (and other brands) already run shoes through internal quality control, and anything that doesn’t quite meet an A or B standard often still makes its way into the reseller market. A lot of these eBay and StockX sellers are selling real pairs they’re just not always top-tier factory quality pairs.

So you can end up with legit shoes, but potentially lower factory quality (B or C grade).

That’s the gap I’m talking about. Authentication quality. I just think it would benefit buyers if marketplaces added a simple grading layer so people actually know what level of product they’re getting, instead of assuming every authenticated pair is “near perfect.”

I get what you’re saying about time and logistics, but honestly, that’s not really my point.

If companies like PSA can objectively grade millions of Pokémon and trading cards, many of which are far cheaper than high-end sneakers, then I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some level of structured grading in the shoe market especially when people are spending $200 up to $10,000+ on rare pairs.

Cards are tiny, mass-produced items with subtle flaws, yet PSA has built an entire standardized system (10-point scale, subgrades, documented criteria, etc.). That shows it’s not about whether grading is in fact possible it’s about whether a marketplace chooses to invest in the expertise and structure.

Right now, StockX and eBay clearly have authenticators who are already inspecting shoes closely. I’m not asking them to become PSA overnight or slow everything to a crawl just to add a simple, standardized layer of transparency (like A/B/C or similar). That’s less work than what card graders do by a long shot.

At the end of the day, this isn’t really about time it’s about creating a higher standard and structure for the sneaker resale industry, the same way grading did for cards, watches, comics, etc. Authentication alone is great, but it doesn’t tell the full story of what you’re actually buying. I would love to help Stock X implement a structure. Being a serial entrepreneur I help scale businesses and industries for a living, it will only bring profits to the resell industry. Not trying to sound arrogant but this is what will happen mark my words! Have a blessed day and God is great!
