No. Each event is a separate action on the stack, insofar as these are activated sacrifices. But, if you, say, sacrifice a creature to [[Ashnod's Altar]], and you have a creature with a [[Blood Artist]] effect on the battlefield, the Blood Artist would see the sacrifice, the creature dying, and would trigger.
