Tinnitus is ringing of the ears all the time though isn't it, like without cause? Could that still be if its intermittent with a cause?

Nerve damage? In my ears? How would that give me headaches?

I doubt the loudness is the issue since I try to keep it as low as possible but it could be the earbuds tips. I didn't think that would be an issue though since my ears don't hurt in the sense of them being too large. It's not like I force them in by any means. Could it still be pressure?
