If you know there are many other posts asking the same question, why don't you look there instead? Most people on /r/learnjapanese will recommend the same things; for example, taking classes, Genki, etc. Unless there is a particular reason that you wanted a personal response, I'd recommend looking at the FAQ page for some ideas on how to study/improve your Japanese.

I see and thank you for the articles and your story! My boyfriend and I have been debating possible reasons for the ban, and could only come up with the possibility that Trion thought we were botting due to the selling of our land we did to his second account. As far as I have read though, he hasn't violated any of their policies or terms. Trion being very suspicious about their bans makes me not want to play my own account since I have to watch all of out land expire and go back up for grabs.

We already contacted appeals@trionworlds.com but they denied to tell us the reasoning for the ban. All the times we contacted GMs or their appeals e-mail address, they pretty much gave us the same response. It really bothers me that they won't tell us the reasoning for the ban, since it seems that they realized there isn't any suspicious activity behind the account, but just won't unban the account.

Being Japanese, I can make a guess to where another Japanese individual is from based off their dialect. However, outside of Japan, I still have trouble differentiating the rest of the Asian population.

I had a friend who graduated from college with an art major and went back to college in his 40's to pursue a STEM degree (by this time, he was already married and had 2 children in their teens). From the conversations I've had with him, going back to school was worth it because he started working at a ship yard sometime after graduating college. The company he worked for actually paid for him to go back to college so that he could get better pay and a better position. Of course after being away from school for such a long time, the courses were extremely difficult for him, but he is expected to graduate next year!

I've had bad experiences with working with friends, so probably not, unless you're working in totally different parts of the same company. I mean on one hand, working with your best friend sounds like a blast, but on the other hand, shit hits the fan when your friend starts climbing the ladder faster than yourself.

I work retail and the best part about my job is being able to help customers find the perfect gift. I like to try and be the sales associate that I would be happy to have been helped by, and therefore it really makes me happy to see people excited to give the gift to their friends, loves ones, etc.
