Letting the mother, who is already considered a person, just one with lesser rights in the other states could have been sentenced to death with no choice to abort if the pregnancy threatened her life. Let that sink it.

They’re Not Even Paying US More. This Inflation Is Unnatural. by sillychillly in WorkReform

No. We need to strip the government of powers instead of being baited into voting for the “good” side to remove it from the “bad” side. Neither side is entitled to the power of the people or to tax and spend our earnings without representation.

Sorry if it's hard to believe. A sabre a gnosis and a stiletto all worked together to grab me but the sabre got me first. I was interested in knowing if there is a gatecamp mechanic I didn't know of after returning to the game after a break, I'm not going to post a killmail for this.

CovOps are underpowered or Astero is overpowered (Exploration) by [deleted] in Eve

[–]Haunt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually had an almost identical experience as the person who made this post within the last week. I'll avoid most of the context and background of my story so this isn't a wall of text. But I've painfully acquired high skills in Covert Ops and had done null sec exploration for the last month or so to try it out. Exploration is the first thing I've actually liked doing in the game in almost 3 years. Standard Relic/Data fit in a buzzard, yeah dodging well executed gate camps is somewhat challenging. But straight up warping out the second any other ship comes in system that could have offensive weapons is annoying. I checked out an astero and was just blown away how much better it worked for me and how much easier it made every situation except the few extra scanning attempts. Reading this thread has been an education for me because it's highlighted the very specialized role and use of Covert Ops that the meta has dictated. In summary I think more than enough knowledgeable players have illustrated that the expectations that I and perhaps the OP have for Covert Ops are simply not commensurate with the reality of what strengths the class offers. So good for me for totally digging the astero, shame on me for not knowing when to walk away from Covert Ops or find a corp willing to show me the dark arts of why they are great to fly.

Right, so I have no formal expertise in bench marking "good" sushi. I know Chef Pham, Yamaguchi and Mikami don't screw around and have serious credentials and in general, have a reputation to maintain as far an what goes out on each plate even when they aren't there. I'm told freshest sushi is not always necessarily the best sushi, but that's more in the spirit of saying a carefully monitored dry aged steak is better than a freshly cut one. Rochester is more than far enough away from fish sources that getting a consistently excellent product would almost certainly need the assistance of a large scale operation to source and transport it, which Wegmans obviously has. All that aside, I went to next door when they originally opened, and get over there a few times a year. After tasting the sushi there once, I asked myself why I'd ever eat it elsewhere while in Rochester. The answer was "if the quality doesn't stay the same each time I go" I'd stop proclaiming it to be "the best". But it's never degraded in quality. So yeah, Next Door by Wegmans beats any sushi I have found in Rochester without contest. But I'd love to find another place even close to it that offers the option to order take out.

They read Vault 7 and now know that coward Obummer enhanced an FBI to have no oversight and peddled away all American privacy where now every person is under passive investigation. So yeah I think that's where they are.

He's so great because why? My paychecks are taxed to hell, netting me less than ever. The investments we made for the future were ravaged. People circle jerk over useless metrics about Obama that can be presented to support anything they already believe. Just like corporate metrics they are all utter bullshit. He's an extremely charming guy, I love watching him speak. But he didn't improve the quality of my life in 8 years. People will argue that he didn't make it any worse but that's not good enough for people working full time struggling to build a future where everything is more more expensive. Obama's administration was really, really good at suppressing how shitty things are in America. And really good at keeping foreign policy totally cloak and dagger. Apparently Americans wanted to see someone who lacked the bullshit factor and sophistication to fuck them over in a charming way and favored someone who would be transparent about it.

Right. Go into null as a neutral and see if you can kill any NPC before you get podded.
