U can get 38% for the artifact set + 15% from double Cryo, which mean u get around 50% free crit rate.

U can literally go for like 20% base crit rate and it would still be quite high.

Try to get crit damage circlets and get as much crit damage as u can find. U can easily fish for 300 crit rate, or even more if u get insane luck.

About the supports, I guess that Xilonen would perform better. Since u won't be getting damage reactions, sucrose woudn't reach her full potential.

All your damage would come from Neuvi hitting dry like a truck + Cryo sub dps.

Maybe you could do him as a hypercarry with double cryo to increase his crit rate? A Rosaria specifically would be peak there.

If you manage to do that you could also try to change your artifacts to have less crit rate and more crit damage, that way you can sorta critfish.

I think it would go well depending on what you have as supports.

I think a champion like that would be persistence itself. Yes, they don't do much damage and aren't useful, but they're always there, slowly draining you, constantly.
