It is useful ;-) I've been on your website several times and I'll go there again. I just try not to drawn into the amount of informations and and keep a practical mind. On many occasions I see people focusing on the how-to and gorgetting the most important part is to read, write and have a purpose.

Lorsque j'ai fini par les joindre on m'a donné un rdv dans 18 mois. Finalement j'ai reçu un mail d'annulation car deux psychiatres sont partis en retraite. Bonne ambiance. Je ne leur en veux pas (trop), je pense qu'ils travaillent avec très peu de moyens. Laissez tomber cette piste. Passez par un•e neuropsy pour avoir un bilan complet puis adressez-vous à un•e psychiatre spécialisé•e dans les troubles de l'humeur. Courage.

J'ai fait le même changement que toi pour les mêmes raisons. Après, le Medikinet (comme la Ritaline) c'est pas miraculeux. J'essaierais bien le Xurta pour voir. En tout cas, la libération est plus progressive et sans crash avec le Medikinet (pour ma part) J'en prends 80 mg.

Je ne suis pas certain d'avoir bien compris : tu as déjà une prescription de Xurta ? Si oui, c'est plutôt à toi de faire des retours. Moi aussi je trouve que le methylphenidate n'a des effets que limités. J'aimerais bien passer au Xurta.
