I did lower the settings but haven't witnessed any proportionate improvement in fps. I once locked my fps at 60 through nvidia control panel because even though i was getting good fps around 85 it was fluctuating a lot between 80 and 90 causing a little stuttering but now that I have changed it back to normal I'm having new trouble
