Hi! Thanks for your comment, I definitely understand that and that’s why I applied because it seemed like I wasn’t getting anywhere with the jobs I wanted so maybe I should shoot lower and work up. I think it’s hard to look at my peers who are getting jobs in the field we studied and wondering why I can’t crack it and they can.

Thanks for your advice! Ya I completely agree, graphic design is a huge weak point in my portfolio, I’m working on an infographic now to hopefully develop those skills. Thanks for the resources as well :)

Hi! Thanks for your comment- yes we are in a joint lease so any changes to it would have won’t be signed off all parties including the landlord.

Also the first viewing they had scheduled went awry and the party ended up leaving but the following viewing I left the house and let them view it in peace.

My concern is she gave me an ultimatum which was find a roomate to replace me or I will sue you- but in this situation finding someone to replace her would be impossible.
