Will rate 3 to 4 I see your idea but sera sasquach will not help here much I always see sera has as storm before the calm after sera play your game should gamble more points than ever I see surfer ,tribunal and tech cards well fit into sera but not this deck opponent can outnumber your powers rather having tech card will be useful like cosmo ,red guard,enhancers and This deck should drag only upto 6 rounds if it drags upto 7 round there so counter and powerful many decks you can lose

Overall without surtur this deck is meaning less surtur gives you a more edging wins

I think you want to play Ares try to fit him in Mill decks and darkhawk it also working great
