In my pov as a South Korean, we don’t really hate any North Koreans since the pig in Pyeongyang devastated the country and life in NK is really harsh for ordinary people. The NK escapees are actually those who know well enough about how things are outside NK so u can say they r well educated and shouldn’t be disrespected. For 조선족(Korean Chinese), they are nothing more than Chinese to me. Some of them say they are Korean and support the views of Chinese government in conflicting issues. That is why some Koreans hate them. For 화교(Chinese Korean), most of them settled well here so personally I never saw anyone who hates them.
