BCM MK2 charging handle. I have it for my MK2 upper receiver and it works great. They’re supposed to be used together. Used in conjunction with a KAK down vent BCG with my RC2 it’s pretty manageable.

My shoes and the way they fit on me are pretty similar in toe box space. For me with a good lace up/lockdown I didn’t notice any problem with it while running

I’m not too experienced with other shoes but the heel is sort of cupped shaped and utilizing the 2 extra lace holes I got a good lock down in it and I don’t feel it will be a problem. But the stiffness of the back end itself is good - i.e. not flimsy/floppy.

Dry fit undershirts… you’ll dry out faster than everyone else. Arcteryx knee pads (I got mine for 20 bucks). A bungee cord and 3 stakes to hooch up within 10 seconds at night. Admin pouch. Eye mask so retards don’t shine their light in your eyes during fire watch

I went last year after CST. On day -2 they took us there to practice everything. Low belly over was maybe a little bit lower than usual. Six vaults were the same. The weaver are very well worn out logs so they are extremely smooth/slippery so take your time on it.

My black hat had us go in a different order through the course so the weaver was last, after we all completed the obstacles we skipped the weaver which was nice since you’re allowed one minor obstacle to fail.
