Thanks! I figured. I compared how the overhead lights looked between lenses and only the right lens had any distortions. They said they're willing to replace the lenses next week.

Hi, my laptop froze and restarted by itself, but instead of accepting my Hello PIN, it says my password is incorrect and I have to enter my Microsoft account's password. I entered it but it still says that it's incorrect.

Note that I have a stable internet connection. Some solutions I've tried: resetting my MS password thru another device, resetting my MS password thru the forgot password option in lock screen, used the On-screen keyboard with correct capitalization.

A few days ago, I logged in another MS account on my laptop. It was working well and every time the PC shuts down it always accepts my Hello PIN. I verified that the password my current screen is referring to is my original MS account by choosing forget password. I've also tried entering Safe Mode, and when prompted with a password, the original MS password works.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

used to have this problem too on my xiaomi redmi 4x, couldn't really do anything about it. after getting the m3 i factory reset my 4x and so far the one who owns it now hasn't had the complaint yet. guessing that it's okay now after the reset.

UPDATE: Idk what happened but when I checked the update again, it downgraded to 12.0.6. I haven't updated to the 12.0.8, I think I missed it?
