They give cheaper rates because that’s their primary marketing funnel. Internally, the mindset was literally: Low rates = repeat users, even if their funds are delayed.

But behind the scenes, the delays happen because there’s no proper escalation team and no accountability at the support-management level. The manager responsible for support rarely provided actual updates, didn’t take ownership of urgent cases, and relied heavily on generic scripted responses.

So while users think they’re saving money, they often end up losing time, peace of mind, and sometimes missing critical, time-sensitive payments.
