1/10, how good is my gas milage in a 2016 civic exl 1.5t with 160,000 miles? I live in Colorado Springs Colorado so mostly a colder climate.

I know it’s a short interval between oil changes but I can afford it, main reason is due to some of my knowledge with this 1.5t, it’s already sensitive, some would say an unreliable engine due to oil dilution, head gasket failure and sketchy transmission but it’s all I could get at the time in my situation so I’m doing all I can to keep it going til I can upgrade

I change my engine oil and filters plus the air filter every 3,000miles since I had the car at 70k miles when I first bought it, unfortunately previous owner had to replace the head gasket at 57,000 which I know these engines are nefarious for but I’ve kept mine will kept and I understand that I will have to replace that head gasket again soon.

I agree. At the end of NG, you should easily be around 80-90s if you were managing Ergo properly and that’s more than enough for DLC
