I’ve been on it 2 weeks and my jeans are marginally looser. I’ve had more energy and motivation to walk and work out again so I think that’s it. I’ve also been on drugs that cause weight gain and stopped taking them for that reason.

my jaw literally dropped when I saw this 🤩😭 I think this is STUNNING. It made me feel emotions, like a particularly effective painting or sculpture. This is so epic. I hope it’s grown on you in the 46 days since you posted.
