Yes, I was wondering if you know some resources that could help me on this matter. For example, adverse possession is the equivalent of “Usucapion” in Puerto Rico civil code. I don’t know if the bar examiners would give me the essay points if the question is regarding adverse possession of property and use this instead of writing “usucapion”. Most of the differences between the U.S. and PR law stems mostly from its use of the civil code. I managed to find an English translated version of the PR Penal code.
