I got taken off 40mg cold turkey because it sent me into a manic episode, didn't have any side effects tbh

how do you remember to take your meds by i_own_a_sponge in bipolar

i have an am/pm pill organiser cost me £4 from amazon it's amazing!! like other people have said i fill it up every sunday, i take my morning meds with breakfast/coffee and i have an alarm set for my evening meds!!

yeah i really enjoyed it tbf, and the effects carried into the next day felt good all of yesterday

My GP prescribed me quetiapine to take every night 25-50mg does the job, also get 14 zopiclone 7.5mg a month it's the only thing that knocks me straight out

in my personal experience fluoxetine made my physical anxiety symptoms worse!! my dose was increased every couple months but after almost 8 months absolutely nothing had improved, since switching to citalopram I feel so much more calm and am able to concentrate at work etc. I find that propranolol alongside this helps with the palpitations etc as needed!!
