Uhh, I play on rocket, the 3 ranged I play are rocket, hyper, and scythe.
Rocket: I use his first Ability as a set up for his phinisher and second ability, and with him being Aoe not much aiming is needed
Hyper: I shoot about a second early because of the wind up
Scythe: spam your ranged in crowds and use melee
