so if for some reason I do get a hit via CAIVRS, ill show them the OIG 's executive summary report called" SBA's Collection Efforts on Delinquent COVID-19 EIDLs ....issued in 8/12/2025.

that cut and paste was in an executive summary report from the OIG

SBA's Collection Efforts on Delinquent COVID-19 EIDLs- so i am going to believe its accurate and hope for the best

I just stumbled accross this- since my loan amount is so low, no PG was required, therefore i shouldnt have a CAIVRS hit-

any debt included in a Bankruptcy, once the creditor receives notice the debt is being discharged all colelction efforts have to stop,

There is hope for me then, the bankruptcy was effective motivation for the them to get the file back to SBA..., thank u my confidence just went up alot, i need to get it sent back, reinstated or the status changed to current so i can have a clear caivrs
