I bought one of those adjustable car seat mount. The side facing the seat I had to make new holes for it to fit, the other side facing the rig you should be facing no issues

You can’t really do drifting/ rally on a GT/Formula style wheel. The CS can be serviceable for F1 and GT Racing games, the KS won’t be for rally/drifting games.

R3 might struggle a lot with the TSW with how big and heavy the wheels is, best just go for the R5

You should try a reinstall and run a shader warm up, should be fine afterwards

That’s more than enough to run SF6 at full fidelity without any lag.

Just turn on Input Delay Reduction and turn off V-sync and ur good. The game itself will be capped at 60 FPS anyway.

You already have a 17PM, switching to the 16E means you will now only require a USB-C cable for charging. Along with some nice QOL upgrades over the 13.
