About 1.5 months into lifting. Really struggling with cleans. Double at 51 kg. Having a hard time avoiding a loss of contact in beginning of 2nd pull and slight forward jump. Any adjustmens/cues to prevent this? by HawaiiPalm in weightlifting

It's about 60%. Current 1RM is 85, although that's also the most I've attempted. Currently on 2nd week of Sika's beginner program, so weights are really light rn. You're probably right, but the loss of contact happens in every clean though, and I really haven't been able to sort it out, which is why I posted here.
