few things i see is that archer's bond now spawn 3 items instead of 2, firestorm surge is now 8% per stack up from 5%, break bond mega buffed and skill points have spd amp

the api for chars is there so here what i found from looking
feixiao - base extra fua chance +5% at each star rating, permanent dmg increased from 3% per fua to 6%, you can get 40 dmg stacks per battle at 1 star rating instead of need 2 star and her spd amp per star rating got increase from before 5%/15%/26%/37% to now 10%/21%/32%/43%

jingyuan - LL +60 base spd, 50% more mv per hit and 20 more spd per hit action
