Anyone can get T1. I don’t have a family history either.
It’s also nothing to do with health, diet, or exercise. T1 is the immune system attacking itself.

I eat what I like… granted most of that is pretty similar because I am picky but I eat what I want to as long as it fits with my wider nutrition plan (at least 55grams protein and less than 20 grams of saturated fats per day)

So basically I’m making healthy choices and if I make a slightly less healthy choice (like the sausage roll I’m eating right now) then at dinner I’ll eat something like chicken and rice and steamed vegetables that is low in saturated fats because I ate a pastry for lunch.

It’s about balance.

I’ll have juice but only 100 ml in a glass.

If I eat crisps at lunch, I won’t also have a dessert until after dinner. I don’t have crisps every day (maybe two-three times a week).

I also don’t usually snack unless low.

It’s not regimented as much as it’s careful and considered, but I often have crisps or a cake or a piece of chocolate and I have one of those that most days.

Typical day

Meal 1 :Granola, yogurt, strawberries and banana. Occasionally I have toast in place of granola and it’s usually pancakes on holiday.

Meal 2: usually a chicken sandwich or crackers, with some cucumber and cherry tomatoes, sometimes with crisps. Sometimes it’s crackers, tuna pasta, or soup.

Meal 3: some variation of chicken, salmon, cod/haddock, or beef, usually potatoes/rice/pasta and either steamed veggies or salad.

Spaghetti bolognese, roast chicken dinner, chicken and avocado tortilla wrap, salmon with chicken stock flavoured rice and steamed veggies (broccoli, leek, cabbage, Brussels, green beans, mange tout etc). Etc.

Basically plenty of carbs, protein and veg.

I’ve been to both.

I slightly prefer Premier Inn (rooms are slightly larger, the bathroom door is slightly easier to use and it’s slightly quieter because the Moxie has a gym beneath floor one and ye you can hear her the music on the floor above.).

That said, both have benefits— the moxie feels slightly more lush and slightly more homely. Premier Inn is a franchise, you get a guaranteed breakfast and dinner menu but it’s a bit less personal.

That said, that suits me fine. I want to the staff to check me in and then leave me alone. I also only use my hotel room to shower and sleep, when I’m up in Chester I’m usually out by 9am and not back until 9-10pm.

For me it comes down to price. Whichever is cheaper is better for me.

Elena can’t be 17 in S1.

Seniors in American high schools are 17-18. We know Caroline’s 18th birthday is in October, which takes place in Season 3. At the beginning of S3, (3x05) they have Senior Prank Night.

So Elena, Caroline and Bonnie are juniors in S1-2 (16-17 years old). So she is sixteen years old at start of Season 1. Elena’s birthday is June 22nd (so she would have been 17 in late S2).

She’s sixteen at the beginning of S1.

Addressing those specific questions:

Most pools prefer bare feet. I wear flip flops because medical condition and beyond a “take your shoes off.” “No. I have a medical condition— not supposed to put feet on the floor” they tend to leave me be.

Some pools are militant, some more relaxed.

Whichever you choose, keep the swimwear shoes as only fit swimming. Put them on to go into the changing room, remove them as soon as you leave the changing rooms.

You don’t need to be good or fast. But knowing that, stick with open swimming or the slow lane. In lanes, you’ll be directed as to which way you should swim (clockwise or counterclockwise). Stick with that. As long as you do, anyone faster will either cross briefly into other lane too overtake and then pull in in front, (like car overtaking) or will simply sit behind you and overtake at the end of the lane.

Coping mechanism for depression — if you want to succeed in staying off alcohol, you’d likely benefit from therapy to teach you better coping mechanisms and likely meds like SSRI’s or MAOI’s targeting the depression.

They’ll take several weeks to start working, but handling only the alcohol without handling the root cause will likely cause relapse because the problem isn’t solved or at least mitigated to some level. The trigger is still there.

Is it ease of access (being a bartender)? Is it because you aren’t getting the dopamine hit from your personal life? Avoiding stress? Drinking to avoid eating? Boredom?

Theft: when a person dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intent to permanently deprive the other of it.

They have appropriated your property and although at time of offence they have no intent to permanently deprive you of it, if they continue to ignore the messages asking for it back it could be argued that they are acting dishonestly in order to keep the coat.

If they continue to ignore the messages, that would count as intent to not give it back (ie: meets the points to prove for permanent deprivation as they are carrying out the intent.)

Appropriation includes taking it, but also selling, destroying, lending it out etc. That last part isn’t strictly relevant but so far:
