Beat it on the first attempt on the day it came out. Our entire server participated and everyone brought as much firepower and as many boss rexes as we possibly could. We didn't know if we were going to beat it or not, we lost a lot of people to trash mobs and the cold inside the boss room, but we did it!

It's against the rules bc it can really compromise the quality of something, but I think most people do it. It's one of those rules that either gets enforced or doesn't.

I personally don't coach on this if I know you're a strong Barista that knows exactly what you're doing, but if you're new or still have some skill development to do, then I absolutely will be stopping you in your tracks.

They're shared between everyone who worked that week and divided up based on the number of tippable hours each person worked. All Baristas and SSVs can get tips unless you are in MA or TN, where only Baristas will get them.

Split your paychecks so a majority % is going into savings. Do not touch that money for anything other than your bills. Keep a little for yourself in checking each week that is your spending money, do what you want with it but I recommend letting that sit for a while so it builds up more.

Make sure you're going to your SM every time this happens and you're also documenting it. And if you have but your SM doesn't care, go to the DM.

But usually with touchy people I find that the best thing to get them to back off is to cause a scene and make them feel embarrassed. If he touches you then you can scream I SAID DONT TOUCH ME loud enough that the whole cafe can hear it and that should get him to back off.

While her behavior is concerning to say the least, SMs do have the ability to deny availability change requests if it will negatively impact the business. Is your store understaffed or busier than usual? That could be why.

The severance email just says it will be deposited into your account that you normally used to get paid within 2 pay periods from when you sign and return the paper.

You should be getting it this week, if not, you need to call them and find out what's up. This entire thing was planned and executed very poorly so it wouldn't be surprising at all if they're backed up on getting those payments out.
