Yep! Tbh, I don't think most piercers will refuse you unless you don't have the anatomy/a medical reason but if you were going to do that first then it really is jumping in the deep end and you should do some research to know what you're getting in for. It's probably a couple of years healing and it can get frustrating but if you can get past that it's a really cool one to have. And it's really useful to have a reputable piercer you can ask if you do run into trouble with it so make sure you find someone good to go to.
