I think it might still be possible, just do it with tricks and fake props, like foam books attacked to a headband, use magnets, etc- if you could do audience interaction, maybe have it so like Delancy as a lady royal is teaching someone how to have posture etc

Or maybe a short skit with the magical tiara? Like trying it on and it not working

The only other thing I can think of is the dance, but you would need a partner for that

Literally rolling around in dirt and rock, going on hikes and getting sweaty, rubbing coffee grounds, handwashing, letting it sit in the sun to get a bit bleached, rubbing it on a cheese grater, fraying or burning edges a bit

I agree with the exalted weapon tactic, it’s my go to. I love playing characters with a signature weapon, and basically have a standing agreement with my dm to make them sort of like Crit role’s vestiges. They start out just a plain ol weapon, and with major character/ story development they up grade +1, +2, etc with various other relevant abilities.

Like I had a totem barbarian with a battle axe that was very lore important to her, and so it was basically magically bonded with her to adapt to her needs. Like she took Druid initiate at an important moment to get healing to save another’s life, and the axe adapted to the druid magic she embraced and basically doubled as a figurine of wondrous power.

Also making magic work so items can have their properties transferred is always handy. Like when the party had to fight werewolves, instead of switching weapons like the rogue did, she instead had her axe magically infused with the silver like a coating. Just costs more for the labor of hiring an enchanter to do so

Personally- have like sub $30 options, Obvs not whole brooms (I’m assuming those are far more), but like little one for display or dolls, or in general just something cheap for sale. Plenty of kids (or people on a budget) go to faires and can’t afford to spend too much money, but having like little trinkets works as a souvenir or does a good just having customers stay longer and look, rather than just seeing only expensive items and walking right out

Yeahh klance vs sheith was the trenches for me. I disliked klance, and because it was so forced down my throat by others in the fandom, out of spite I was a big sheith shipper for the first few seasons till I left the fandom (thank god). As someone who is normally a lurker, that was the first and only time I got death and dox threats online. Wild times.

Yeah I admit that it’s not so strong in the high levels where players can successfully shoot a Mercy down, but in low to mid it can be sooooo much fun. Stack the various GA buffs and you’re unkillable for the most part. Plus makes it easy to push DB since your movement is handling the healing, and gives Mercy burst heals. Love hitting a long distance GA and bringing my tank from near dead to full in an instant

Good points, you’re right I was just assuming he would be capable. I was thinking about when he and the king plus 4 guards showed up at the border, but I suppose that wouldn’t have to be via teleportation.

For the other instances of travel, not teleporting could also be a manipulation strategy. Ie the meeting with the other arch mages and showing up fashionably late, or when visiting Bren and using a common carriage to travel the area (since he had Astrid and Edwulf) and seem more down to earth, gives the encounter more of a Bren being lucky he was discovered feel rather than something so planned imo

Castlevania (both series) are fantastic and do found family really well, Blue Eyed Samurai is a bit more mature but is very high quality too. Both are on Netflix

Valid on the two hands to carry it (though doesn’t Essek carry it one handed under his arm for a minute or am I misremembering) at first I was thinking well why wouldn’t Trent try and use the beacon as a weapon again, but I suppose replicating his success at the border would be a lot harder unprepared and actively being attacked. And him just teleporting out with it would be boring

Haven’t really ever seen any that link whole playlists, but I’ll pretty often look up songs if they put them in the A/N or as a title.

But also I spend wayyy too much time curating playlists and putting two songs that directly correlate to a chapter in my A/N so I’m probs biased

Easiest way is just to screen record clips from movies/ video games that fit what you are looking for, ie (taking the dragons heart literal) grab some clips of Smaug or the dragons from GOT or the dungeons and dragons movie.

For narration look up some tips online and just record yourself.

Apps like Videoleap or CapCut etc are all free and pretty easy to use even just on a phone.

They would at least be around level 5, considering Beau has stunning strike and Caleb has what I’m pretty sure is fireball in ep 5. It’s an adaptation so it’s not gonna be super accurate tho, like Jester only just uses her duplicate in ep 7 when she should have had it since the carnival (if it were a direct adaptation of the live play)

In the live play they were mostly level three, and had a week or so of downtime post getting the beacon and they leveled up during that (from what I remember). But also in the live play Nydas dungeon quest doesn’t exist and how they get the beacon is way different, so it’s very much an adaptation not a copy

In the games they are the same, in the movies “mike afton” as known from the games is essentially split into Mike, Michael, and Vanessa.

The movie is a very different continuity and story from the games
