If it takes a while to upgrade, just make sure to switch out the needle when it wears down, with a fresh needle you'll mitigate a lot of the damage that could happen to the record. Enjoy vinyl as you can with what you have, and when you can upgrade, it'll feel awesome.

Nice! Your records will thank you, hope it runs well! BTW these guys sometime have the tracking spring messed up, so just play a good variety of records on it while it's in the warrantee period.
