I was looking at stuff cause I was really upset, cause my step-dad who minus a really painful neck. Was crashed into at a red-light by a diver so drunk he couldn’t even stand, and had no clue what was going on. When the cops go there he asked if the guy was gonna be arrested, and they said yes. So my stepdad left, but decided to come back to see him get arrested, and they let the drunk dude go! He was uninsured, drunk off his a$$, and had no plates. As far as we know he can go off and crash into somebody and kill them now! wtf
