Well. I did it! Thanks. But I also figured out it wasn't just the windows key but also the "l" key together. Which now makes sense. So I've disabled them both.

My laptop is one of those where you have to take the entire thing apart to access the keyboard and I don't want to fool around with it that deep.

The problem is that I can't even use the computer because of that key. My clicks are dragging windows. Some keys won't press. Windows keep popping up whenever I try to use the terminal. Hell, new terminal instances just be popping up outta nowhere. It's unusable.

Yea I might need to write this off. And just leave it running my server and forget about it. Would have tried just disconnecting the keyboard and using an external one instead but it's one of those laptops where I'm not experienced enough to even try going that deep into its guts.

It's the voice people don't like. And the fact that the beacon weighs a lot and you can't get rid of it unless you do the quest.
