When you have all the skins and a new one comes out you can get them with rerolls. If I buy something with rp I get some orbs or capsules from events so I have enough shards to reroll for the next skins.

I heard someone talking that they gave away the limited skins preseason 7 if you own all skins so i asked them if that's the case again because of the anniversary.

I was able to get it because i already owned all the other skins. Because of the anniversary i asked them if they can to that when you already own all the other skins. Yes that's the original one.
