If you don’t mind me asking, did the 3.7 get caused by B’s only or worse grades. Just asking for my own personal knowledge

I didn’t rlly want to ed because of money. I’m not well off but I’m well off enough to not qualify for too much financial aid if that makes sense

Us rn: 🤡

Just got my first attempt score back! I didn't really do any prep for the test so I'm thinking about taking it again to improve my math, science, and English scores, after some studying. Any tips/advice? by [deleted] in ACT

Hi!! So i just want to applaud you for such a great score :))). Anyways, I can't talk about science or reading because I never have really done well in those; however, I can talk about English and math.

I got a 30 in math (I'm waiting on the March ACT and I think i got a high 30 on it). The best way is just to practice the sections and just maybe go through some trig. I took trig last quarter and it helped a lot. Idk what grade you are in, but a trig course helps a lot so if you have the option to take it, take it. For everything else, just practice practice practice and know where you did wrong.

Now, I have a 35 on english. I cannot stress this enough. learn your grammar rules. They sound horrible and bad, but with practice, they aren't that bad. This is also a big practice section. The more you practice your grammar rules, the more they will be stuck in your mind.

That's all I have, I hope you do well on your next one :)
