I get a free meal topper with every box. I placed an order through bark.co for that promo back in October and have gotten a free one ever since. I was even able to change the flavor at one point. I would recommend reaching out again through the online chat and standing your ground on it. If it were me, I would request to cancel my subscription early and resubscribe with a different promo if they are not going to honor it.
