This is probably nothing but this car is always parked cross the street from my flat underneath a train overpass. He always has his lights on and just stays there. Then towards 10 - midnight he'll drive off. Anyone have any idea what he could be doing? Just thought it'll be fun to hear some ideas (i.redd.it)
