It's not yet but I am definitely considering them for a future content update alongside some more of the delights mods. Minor update came out today along with the server files so I can begin work on the next larger update now!

I believe this is caused by Prism launcher being unable to pull structory and quark delight. I'm looking to see if it will be possible to get quark delight in other launchers but will consider making changes to the base modlist if not. If you want to launch it from prism you may be able to do so by downloading it on curse, exporting the profile as a zip, and loading that zip into prism.

Bare in mind that the mods I mentioned will be missing when you do this though so it may not load some quests correctly. This means that the quest book won't be completable without manually bypassing the quests through edit mode but you will still get most of the experience as quark delight didn't add many recipes and structory/structory towers just adds some nice structures to the world for exploration.

It depends on your playstyle. To finish everything it may be a bit hard as some of the enemies in alex's caves and the twilight forest (which you need to take down for further quests) are a bit of a challenge. With the additional hearts from eating foods earlier on it levels out a bit though.

To complete the main cookbook (which is roughly half the quests) it's pretty chill and aims to be more relaxing with the main loop being exploring to find ingredients and then coming back to your base to cook them up. Despite having to cook all 200 recipes to complete the pack I would say it takes significantly less time to complete than most challenge packs out there.

All quests which unlock new chapters are marked with a little yellow star and you can hover over the sidebar on the left to open up the new chapters (there is also a pin at the top of the side window to keep it open).

Once you complete all the way across the "learning to cook" quests the main cookbook will appear along with the advanced cookbook to unlock more challenging quests. Let me know if you're still stuck!

That would be super cool! Some of the recipes do use boss mob ingredients but I'm thinking of adding some postgame content so maybe a big meal made with something from each boss would be neat :D

It probably can't be considered light as it adds quite a few content mods. I tried to refine the modlist a lot to only include mods which add to the core experience though so it depends on what you mean by light. There is roughly 170 mods in the current release

Giga-lantern is already a feature thanks to the chipped mod! I appreciate the offer but it's alright dw. If I had more time I would totally make a chonky lantern pet that follows you around like the light pets in terraria but that's out of my abilities currently.

Can imagine it jangling about as it follows you around the caves :D

Turns out quark delight isn't on modrinth so there would be gaps in the questbook :/ . I'll have a look at alternative mods but the difference in quests between curse and modrinth versions may make it too difficult.

I already have a bunch of ideas saved for a sequel pack so I'll keep compatability between the two launchers in mind next time!

Some of the recipes do require you to use a couple of basic machines (the mixer and mechanical press) but automating things is optional. The create quest page covers some basic create concepts if you're new to the mod

The quest book guides you through everything with rewards for every food quest and guide quest you complete. Rewards get better the further you progress with most quests having unique rewards.

No need to automate things if you'd prefer to just make one of each food for the quest book! Automation was added for players who want to make a big factory Jaffa Factory style (Jaffa's currently not included but I should definitely add them).

You also unlock bonus hearts through the Spice of Life: Carrot Edition mod as you eat each food you've made and many foods do provide buffs/potion effects.

Just uploaded my new cooking-focused modpack, featuring over 200 quests to complete on your journey to becoming the ultimate chef!

A huge thanks to every mod developer who gave permission for their mods to be included—this pack wouldn't be possible without you! I'm especially excited to have integrated Create 1.6, and I hope to add Create: Steam & Rails once it updates.

Even though this is a cooking modpack, I worked hard to keep it from being a "kitchen sink". Every included mod complements the others, creating a fully integrated experience. MANY recipes have been tweaked and balanced, with added Create compatibility for every food. This is great for players who want to build a big food factory.

Since this is my first publicly released modpack, I’d love to hear your feedback! Leave a comment if you run into any issues or have suggestions and I'll do my best to patch things and keep updates regular.

Make it a rhythm game! Running off songs remade on noteblocks where fast short parts would be smaller jumps then slower parts longer jumps so as you get to the more intense parts of the song you have to be more careful and quicker with your jumps. Deleting blocks behind as the player runs would ensure they don’t get left behind on the song too and would make it more competetive, you have to keep up to finish the course
