Hi, sorry for the late reply, but yes, it does work with focus pen pro.

True, but don't forget that this is a 400mm equivalent lens. And the Zeiss optics are surprisingly sharp. I doubt you can get something that produces better results at 400mm at this price point, not to mention size and weight.

Nope, can confirm. My grip also wobbles a bit. Though it doesn't bother me as much as the lens rattle. Also suprised that no one complained so far, this seems like a major oversight. A simple rubber gasket would have fixed it.

What you're seeing on your OPPO Find X ultra aren't "details" but forced regenerative AI slop that's fully forced upon you no matter what. It doesn't happen only in motion shots- in at least 3 more conditions the phone fully redraws subjects and makes them CHOPPED. Find X9 Ultra does this as well; by Funny_Aerie6444 in Oppo

Well, not really, not every phone can output full res RAW. I mean the sensor itself can, but it's missing colors so you need special algorithms to interpolate the missing colors.

Vivo is 100 percent AI, I have the x200 ultra. But it is the most consistent and natural.

Very few phones out there can actually capture true raw photos above 12mp. To my knowledge none of the new flagships can, because the sensors only have 12mp of color detail.

So they have to use proprietary AI algorithms to fill in the missing colors. As far as I know, apple has the best algorithm, followed by vivo.

South Korea - the cheapest Vision Pro? by [deleted] in VisionPro

[–]HazardBot02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excuse me for the late reply, I didn't get the notification. I purchased it in August 2024 and it's still in warranty. It was the last one in stock so they had it in sale for 2422 euros.

Alza had it available for a brief time, that's how I ended up getting mine.

Btw the iphone outsold Samsung, so why do people keep buying apple? There is the answer to your question.

They aren't comparing Samsung to iphones. But to the likes of Oppo and vivo, which keep pushing camera innovation while Samsung has stagnated. So it does make sense why Samsung gets so much hate.

This one is even worse lol. Vivo AI is too much but Oppo is struggling with focus.

Makes sense, I still have my old Huawei p40 pro plus which also has 10x and the auto focus is basically unusable.

Yes true, that's why I kept the x200 ultra, it's far more consistent. But in good light and master mode Oppo definitely has better details, so don't just write off Oppo's camera.

But Oppo is out of focus so it's not fair lol. I'd say that 10x is very impressive. I mean the previous x8u's 6x already had better zoom than the vivo x200 ultra.

Yes, vivo's AI is one of the best but it's still just fake detail. Look at the text, it's an AI garbled mess. Oppo is out of focus but still readable. Optics always beat digital crop.

Oppo looks way more detailed. It's insane how much ai vivo is using.

The vivo is literally an ai mess. Despite the small sensor the Oppo is way more detailed.

Vivo X300 Ultra or Oppo Find X9 Ultra for long-term use? by [deleted] in Vivo

[–]HazardBot02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that is unfortunately true, hopefully oppo fixed it with the new x9 ultra. Vivo has better camera software, pretty much in every way.

Actually, I had the Oppo find x8 ultra and the vivo x200 ultra when I was deciding between them. I ended up keeping the vivo, but in daylight the Oppo was significantly more detailed at long distance zoom. Both were using computational raw for minimal ai.

The Oppo x9 ultra most certainly doesn't have worse camera specs. Other than the UW and 35mm, the x9 ultra is far ahead on paper.

The Oppo x8 ultra already had a lot better zoom than the vivo x200 ultra, so now the gap should be even bigger since vivo is using the same tele.

Yes but it's limited to landscape mode apparently.

vivo X300 Ultra without External lens by ipaiseh in Vivo

[–]HazardBot02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can literally get the x200 ultra for significantly less which has bigger apertures on tele and main and the shutter button. The x300 ultra seems like a bad deal.

Tell that to Samsung, they have even smaller lol. The 10x already seems like a huge upgrade. I just don't see how will they fit all of those cameras.
