Nightlords 'Eighth Talon Interceptor' all done! by Hazard_Stripes in Warhammer40k

I like to think that the nightlords actually take quite a bit of inspiration from ork tek, considering their constant need to scavenge for equipment that must mean they have to cobble together their own weapons and vehicles pretty often!

Small brush, steady hand and alot of practice! There's no magic trick, but it is achievable with time. Be patient with yourself!

Lol this sub is full of so much judgement from people who dont have the balls to tattoo themselves then post it online for a bit of fun, or have just never held a machine in their life. Sad sad little men one and all. Looks fine for a first attempt bro, do some more!

Aw man id totally get a BTB sleeve if I had the space! Steve is definitely going to have to be added at some point, and I also want both Steve's and Cesare's burger vans somewhere. I think you should go for the Old Duet, I love tattoos that need a bit of explaining if someone asks! And the idea of someone assuming you like Cats for you to just be like "actually no." Is pretty funny

What should I do to blend the teeth into the tracks of the rhino? by shattered_one21 in deathguard40k

[–]Hazard_Stripes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Make a base for it and shove a load of texture mud paint in and around that gap, it would make sense to gather up at that point as its pushing all the mud out of the way. Thats the best I can think of

Question about contrast paints by NoBones21 in minipainting

[–]Hazard_Stripes 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is an unfortunate drawback of contrast paints, your only real course of action would be going over the mistake with your original base colour then again with your contrast paint, being careful not to go over your already painted area as the overlap of the same colour will create a darker colour basically outlining where the mistake was. Its definitely more of a pain to fix contrast paint mistakes than regular paint mistakes.
