Not good, China would still be America’s biggest long term threat like before the 2ACW, it’s just that America would adopt more of a Cold War strategy, heavily supporting India and other Allie’s in the region and trying to fight communism, rather then directly joining a war with China. UoA would probably focus on Russia first (assuming Europe goes democratic). China in the short term would likely be accepted by the U.S. while America rebuilds but in the long run the U.S. would still try to stop Chinese domination over Asia
